該機主要分為定位（wèi）模塊、貼角模塊和成型模塊三大部（bù）分，可實現各（gè）類紙盒、木盒、膠盒生產時（shí）的自動送紙、自動過膠（jiāo）、自動貼角、自動定位、手動成型和自動壓泡等，一係列工（gōng）藝工序的連續完成，轉版速度快，製（zhì）作盒體精美。定位模塊的自動糾偏，貼（tiē）角模（mó）塊的不粘膠膠帶槽、雙（shuāng）升紙台，成型模塊的伺服凸輪動作、免換鏟刀（dāo）和壓泡板等功能，均由我司自行研發設計生產，並獲得多項國家專利。
